To help us answer quickly, please include
- Your order number for anything about an order, shipping or a return (it's in your confirmation email and in Account › Orders).
- The email address on your account, if it's different from the one you're writing from.
- For a pin: the code after /p/ in the web address that opens when you tap it, your phone model, and what happens when you tap.
- For something on the site: the page address, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.
- For your membership: whether it's annual or monthly, and what you'd like to change.
