Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and GoEverywhereTogether (run by Todd and Hannah; "we", "us") when you use goeverywheretogether.com, your Adventure Board, our maps and our Touch-to-Travel pins. We've tried to keep them short and readable. By creating an account, placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
The short version: the world map, trips, pins, friends and boards are free. The Globetrotter Club is $119/year or $12.99/month, renews automatically until you cancel (prepaid, gifted and Klarna-paid years don't), and you can cancel anytime in Account › Membership. If the Club isn't for you, email us within 60 days and we'll refund it.
1. Your account
- You need an account to build a board and to check out. You must be at least 13, and if you're under 18 a parent or guardian should set it up with you.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account; tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
- Your username becomes your board's web address (goeverywheretogether.com/yourname). We may ask you to change a username that impersonates someone, is offensive, or clashes with a page on our site.
2. The free Explorer plan
An Explorer account is free and has no time limit. It includes your world map of countries and states visited, text trips (places, dates and descriptions), programming your Touch-to-Travel pins, friends and followers, and shared boards. We may improve or change free features over time.
3. The Globetrotter Club
The Globetrotter Club is an optional paid membership. It adds trip photo and video galleries, trip music, custom backgrounds, 2.5 GB of storage, and free limited-edition resin pins with annual memberships.
Price and billing
- The Club costs $119 per year or $12.99 per month, plus any tax shown at checkout. The price you'll pay is always shown before you buy.
- Payments are taken by Stripe, by card or, for US shop and bundle orders, with Klarna (4 interest-free payments).
- Automatic renewal: your membership renews at the end of each year or month and the card on file is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again over the following days. If it still can't be collected, the membership ends and your account goes back to the free Explorer plan.
How to cancel
Sign in and go to Account › Membership, then choose Cancel. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you. After you cancel, you keep Club features until the end of the period you've paid for; nothing more is charged. Then your account goes back to the free Explorer plan and Club features such as photo uploads turn off.
60-day money-back guarantee
If the Globetrotter Club isn't for you, email us at [email protected] within 60 days of your payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Outside of the guarantee, payments aren't refunded for partly used periods, but cancelling always stops the next charge.
4. Club bought with pins (prepaid)
Club added to a pin order
When you buy pins you can add the Globetrotter Club to the same order, or right after on the order confirmation page. In that case:
- You pay for the first year (or month) up front, but your membership doesn't start until you set up your first pin, or until you choose Start now. Nothing is used up while your pins are in the mail.
- Your renewal date is counted from the day it starts. After the prepaid period it renews automatically on the card you used, as described above, until you cancel.
- We'll send you occasional reminders while it's waiting to start.
- Changed your mind before it starts? Choose Cancel and refund in your account (Membership) and we'll refund what you paid for it.
Starter Bundle
- The Starter Bundle includes your first Club year. It starts when you order, plus 5 free days for shipping, unless you choose a start date or to start at your first pin setup at checkout. If you're already a member, the year is added to your current membership instead.
- After that year it renews at the annual price on the card you used, as described above, until you cancel.
- If you pay for a bundle with Klarna, its Club year is prepaid and doesn't renew automatically. We'll remind you before it ends so you can choose to continue.
- You can add a prepaid second Club year at checkout. It's added to your membership automatically, moves your first renewal (or the end of a Klarna-paid year) out one year, and is covered by the 60-day guarantee.
5. Gifts
- You can mark a pin order as a gift and include a year of the Globetrotter Club, paid with the order.
- Gift pins aren't linked to anyone until the recipient accepts the gift, usually by tapping one of the pins. Accepting makes the pins theirs and starts the Club year (or it starts on the date you chose).
- If you send the gift to a specific email address, only an account with that email can accept it. Sending it to someone else after it was accepted moves the pins and the Club year to the new person.
- A gifted Club year is paid in full up front. The recipient is never charged, and it doesn't renew on its own. They can choose to join the Club themselves when it ends.
6. Orders, shipping and returns
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax, before you pay. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or a price was clearly wrong.
- Shipping, delivery and our 60-day guarantee on physical products are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.
7. Touch-to-Travel pins
- Each pin has a unique code. Whoever owns the pin in their account chooses what it opens: their map, a trip, or a link. It works with most NFC-capable phones without an app; a few older phones can't read NFC.
- If you point a pin at a link on another website, you're responsible for that link.
- Please don't rewrite a pin with an NFC app. Its built-in link is what lets you manage it here; writing over it disconnects the pin from your account, and rewritten pins are no longer covered by our support.
- Pins open pages on our website, so they depend on the service running. If we ever had to shut it down, we'd tell account holders by email in advance.
8. Your content
- Your photos, videos, music, trips and words stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you've chosen (public pages to anyone with the link, private trips only to your board), just so we can run the service. We won't use your photos in our advertising without asking you first.
- Only upload things you have the right to share. Don't upload music or photos you don't have permission to use.
- You can delete your content at any time. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
9. Using the site fairly
Please don't use GoEverywhereTogether to harass anyone, post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, share other people's private information, send spam, break into accounts or our systems, or overload the site. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
10. The legal bits
- The service "as is": we work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
- Limit of liability: as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
- Changes: we may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account holders about important changes by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where GoEverywhereTogether is based, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
- Contact: questions about these terms? Email [email protected] or visit our Contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
