I already have a map. Do I need a membership?
No. Your world map, trips, NFC pins, friends and boards are free on the Explorer plan, forever. Without the Club, tapping a pin opens that trip’s page with its dates and story. The Club adds the photo and video gallery, music and custom background that bring the page to life.
What are the free resin pins?
Annual members get limited-edition resin NFC pins, shipped free with each year of membership. They work just like our Touch-to-Travel pins, and they aren’t sold in the shop. Now and then we tuck in an extra surprise too, but those vary; the pins are the part we promise.
Can my whole family use one membership?
Yes. Invite family members or travel buddies to your board. Everyone on it can add photos and music to its trips using your membership, and you all share its 2.5 GB of storage.
What if I run out of storage?
2.5 GB holds roughly a thousand high-quality travel photos, which is plenty for most members. If you need more, you can add storage anytime from your account settings.
I bought pins with the Club. When does my membership start?
If you added the Club to a pin order, it starts when you set up your first pin, so none of it is used up while the pins are in the mail (you can also start it early from this page or your account). With the Starter Bundle, your Club year starts when you order, plus 5 free days for shipping; at checkout you can pick a start date or start at your first pin instead. How do I cancel?
Anytime, in Account › Membership. The Club renews automatically until you cancel. Once you do, you won’t be charged again, and everything stays unlocked until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your photos stay safe.
What’s your refund policy?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the Globetrotter Club isn’t for you, email us at [email protected] within 60 days of paying and we’ll refund your membership. The full details are in our Terms.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll switch your plan for you. The annual plan costs less over a year and comes with the free resin pins.
